A Halloween Tale
I LOVE Halloween! Probably because of childhood memories and its arrival early in my favorite season. I created this piece for a Halloween Artists Deck project some years ago.

Interestingly, I was hosting a Four Senses Playing Card deck project, when I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma (tumor in the ear.) I had the tumor removed, lost hearing in that ear and so, when I had to interpret the suit of Clubs/Sounds for this project-this is what came out.
Fertility Rites Illustrated
I did this piece for the above mentioned theme. Here’s the mythology I created for it: the sanctity of companionship is well understood by the Capolan. Thus, when a man seeks to seduce the companion of another man, punishment can be severe. Even more so using the feared “punishment post” if it is dicovered that in his efforts to woo the committed one, he has used the magical from frog’s skin.
